“Absolutely appalling service. First time I went in, who seemed to be a manager looked at us waiting and disappeared. Waited about 15 mins to pick up click and collect order. Rear wiper didn’t fit. Went back today - waited over half an hour to be served. As I arrived at the till a guy was told to take his lunch (after at least 3 of us were still waiting) I know car spares shops aren’t renowned for customer service but this place hits a new low. Will never go back..”

“I ordered online and then received my order from two different suppliers directly on different days, with no ability to track the order. Today, I am still awaiting 50% of my order which has yet to be delivered from a third supplier I am told. Perhaps it might be better to send out a review when you have actually completed the order.”
