“I have placed my order and waited for two weeks, and my filter still not delivered. I contacted customer service and a staff said they can help me with the order and send it to me again. Then same thing happened, still got nothing from them. And finally for the third time, after talked to the staff again and got my filter few days later, which is almost a month from my first order date. Never thought that before and disappointing for the delivery service.”

Closely followed up with a sorry we don’t have this item and we are refunding you…does beg the question of how it could be dispatching if it’s not in stock or indeed how I could order it in the first place.”
