“Good , ordered a battery at 4pm , came next day, just be aware that not all parts/battery’s once you’ve typed in your reg on the website are compatible, such as a car needing a AGM battery they can suggest ones that aren’t AGM. Also I found as soon as I’d ordered I was offered a flash sale, which was even cheaper than the code you initially receive once you sign up with email, the price was still good and a helpful customer service(York)”

“Stood for nearly 40 minutes for a click and collect order. I was first told that the part was coming from another branch and hadn't arrived yet. I informed them that the website says they had 8 in stock so something somewhere was wrong. At 20 minutes of waiting someone else went to go check and again didn't find anything. At the 40 minute mark, they took the part number and 30 seconds later came out with my order, only to get home and realise they've given me the complete wrong part. Had to return the next day to get it swapped out.”
