“Ordered a part on the 10th of march 2026 tried phoning on the 17th but couldn’t find a phone number so had to use the chat, was on chat for 2 hours, slowly watch the queue infront of me go down to the last 1 or few then bam back up to 17 or 21 people Tried phoning a store… couldn’t help, tried using the contact form… haven’t called back Total utter waste of my time They’ve taken my money but can’t answer the bloody phone or reply to an email.”

“All good really but you have to be carful not all the parts they offer fro your vehicle reg are right. And when ringing a depot they don't know about online stuff so much. But luckily I ended up with the rights parts by ordering online and speaking to a depot guy who cross referenced the parts I needed. With out that I would have ordered the wrong part online. So all good eventually.”

“I received my delivery of a new motorcycle battery, delivered in a cardboard box, marked keep this way up. When I opened the box, the battery acid had leaked out and severely burnt me. I tried to contact GFS on the email and telephone number provided but got no response.”

“Ordered on the 10th and paid for next-day delivery! still not delivered on the 17th Contacted customer services on the 12th via chat - took 5 hours for a reply - tried on the 13th - was told it would be investigated - I will ask for a full refund and never use GSF again - everything from start to this email has been very poor”
