I've been a couple of times to the branch in openshaw good service but there's always waiting there definitely not in a rush to serve you It really can get frustrated

Easy transaction , I first checked the website and located what I needed I then went to the store and was served quickly and efficiently . To my surprise they also had a promotion on and the items I purchased where discounted by £7 . Good service with good selection of parts so will use them again in the future .

Online ordering very easy.next day collection.kept informed of progress by text emails. Product as ordered unfortunately returned (couldn’t get old injector out).Process very straightforward for returns. Throughout the transaction the staff was excellent to deal with.

Wonderful service. Ordered oil, ready in ten minutes and don't have to pay until pick up, great!!. Went to collect as ten minutes away but parking a nightmare on the industrial estate which is no fault of GSF.

Ordered 2 items for click and collect next day to repair a car for MOT Was informed they would be ready for collection after 10a.m. next day Travelled 12 miles to collect only to be told only 1 item was there They couldn't understand why I was told it would be ready next Day as it usually takes 2 days They also said they called me but they hadn't So items not ready car couldn't be repaired in time all at my expense with travelling unnecessarily Not happy

I went to collect my order from GSF Car Parts in Hemel Hempstead on 13/08 and was served by someone listed on the receipt as “WEB.” The whole process of collecting an order took over half an hour. There was a queue of people, with only one staff member serving, who was extremely slow. What stood out most, however, was how rude and dismissive this person was — not just towards me, but to every customer ahead of me in the queue as well every customer in the shop was looking at eachother in dismay. One example was a customer collecting an order and part of that wasn’t in stock. Which the employee had obviously substituted for similar without telling the customer. When the customer pointed out the difference, the staff member simply replied, “yeah, it’s because we don’t have it.” When he was then asked if something was still included, the response was an abrupt, “well, I don’t know with the attitude of why should he know, there was no offer to check or anything. This is now the second time I’ve encountered the same staff member, and on both occasions their attitude and lack of basic customer service has been shocking. Honestly, they should not be in a customer-facing role. Very disappointing experience and it does put me off using this place again.

Left at the counter even after ringing the bell, I told assistant the discount code on their website doesn't work, Was told bluntly we done do anything to do with the website, Not very helpful.
