“Dishonourable about sums them up… I questioned an online price for one of their products… that came up in a google search; that was vastly cheaper than their actual sales price… only to be ignored / stalled until they could change it online & disregard my valid query! Pathetic!”

“I bought a set of wiper blades that were cheaper than anywhere else. Ordered online and picked them up the next day with no hassle. The staff at the Boldon branch (Tyne and Wear) were really friendly and I’ve got to give a shout out to the member of staff who helped carry a customer’s order to their car.”
