“Ordered a part online - didn’t get any confirmation & then went to the store where the website indicated item was in stock. Was told not in stock & I needed to order online. So went back home & ordered online. Got a text after 5 minutes that it was ready to pick up!?!??!! Picked up the following day (a package that was opened & assured all parts were there) however very rudely interacted by servers questioned the package. Went home and found that a part was missing from the package & useless to me. Went back immediately to return and refund. Again, the. Customer Service was VERY RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC, and TOTALLY UNHELPFUL. NEVER GOING TO USE YOU AT ALL.”
