“It’s not about GSF exactly but the delivery service. I won’t be ordering from you as long as you use useless DPD. Item never delivered despite talking to customer service and sharing actual location and house picture. Change your delivery company and will definitely order more from you.”

“DPD SENT A PHOTO OF MY PARCEL DELIVERED TO TO SOME ONE ELSE BY A GATE TO THE PEOPLE DOWN THE ROAD WHO HAVE BEEN LIVING IN CARAVANS FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS NOT VERY HAPPY HAD PREVIOUS PREVIOUS INCIDENT WITH DPD WITH ITEMS FOR MY WORK AT £200 VALUE LOST FOR 4 WEEKS NO IDEA WERE THEY LEFT IT AT SOME FARM SOME WARE WAS THE ANSWER. “Order didn't get processed properly, and wasn't processed until I followed up by phoning customer service who then processed the order. Still after 25days I haven't received all my parts. My mechanic was waiting on parts so I had to purchase again elsewhere. I am still waiting for the parts to arrive so I can take them back for a refund. Dealing with GSF has been harder work than it has been useful!”
