“Parts were fine, I paid for next day delivery and got them four days later. When I asked when they would be delivered I was told that there had been a flood so that was why they were delayed, only to find out later that they had not been dispatched. When it was delivered I was told it was put in my safe place (through my back gate), however when I got home it was on the driveway!”

“The part is good, however not made by GSF. GSF’s web site states free delivery on orders over £60, I placed 2 orders worth £150 and they charged me for delivery both times. I tried resolving it with live chat, but no one answered, I sent an email 4 days ago, it’s been acknowledged, but no one has come back to me. Customer Service at this company is none existent, personally I won’t be buying from them again”
