“Overall I have been very pleased with my local GSF store. Recently I have had parts either wrongly supplied and have even received the wrong part in the box, albeit none of these are the direct fault of the store. It appears a local garage had mis packaged the return and that my car had a selection of sensors not eaisly identifiable. These errors have been resolved in very quick time by the staff and in all, I will definately use Burgess Hill branch again.”

“We have ordered from them before and we know that orders usually 5 days maximum to arrive and their site says 2 to 4 days but after waiting for around 3 weeks and still nothing being delivered we contacted them over a span of a few days only for them to make an excuse saying that the supplier is from further away. And the order arriving within two days of them saying that.”
