“This is the worst store I have ever purchased car parts from. 3 weeks ago I bought windshield wipers for my car. Well, due to some circumstances, I can't pick them up from the store. I can't get through to this store, I can't even call them or email them. They don't respond. I can't reorder my order or have it delivered to my home.”

“Improvements can be made in the key areas. Front desk waiting times far too long my first experience was 40mins then second order took 10mins waiting. When order was picked wrong items mixed in bin location and checked on leaving then had to return to front counter again. Staff polite and purchase of goods not a problem.”

“Front shock absorbers for 2004 VW polo Reg YS04EOY Web site picture showed a pair of shock absorbers when in fact you only get one. Avonmouth store only had one so had to drive to Ashton to get the other. Items did not fit. Returned items to Avonmouth but could only take one as i didnt have the receipts Drove to Ashton to return the other but systems where down, so had to go to Avonmouth next day with the reciept to return the other one. Apart from that great service!”
