Great service, ordered windscreen wipers for VW Golf on a Friday with expected delivery the following Monday, but they arrived the next day. Very competitive price too.

Done bother with them ,tried sending wrong parts back not interested due to packing being wrong ,also sent parts in two delivery days. Hopeless

Next day delivery didn’t happen even though order was placed in time apparently it was received 40 seconds after cut off Money was returned for delivery. When parts arrived wrong filter was sent so had to buy another from different supplier

Ordered a battery they sent the wrong one and I have to wait 14 days for my money back and had to return the wrong one back to one of there shops first what a waste of time never again

Only just found GSFcarrparts. Great site easy to use I needed a car battery did click and collect it was there next day no charge. It was a great price could not find it cheaper anyware. The staff were helpful. I will use them again

Absolutely useless! First up they use DPD for home delivery services which means it’s a 50/50 chance whether you’ll get your parts. DPD delivered to me 3 days later then they said they would because they ‘missed me’, I was home for the entire day… When I finally got my parts one of them was incorrect. I rang their customer service number and asked them to send me the right part. Apparently that’s not possible, so I was told to go my local branch for refunds and returns. When I got there and spoke to someone in person instead of doing the simple thing which would be to do a straight trade ie I give them the wrong part they give me the right one I had to fill out a refund form then pay MORE to BUY the CORRECT ONE then WAIT for my refund to come through. I then asked the woman who served me for a number for head office to complain she handed me the same number I’d rang originally. Rang them again guess what they told me if I wanted to complain? To ring the branch I’d just visited and ask for their manager to issue me a voucher. Did exactly that to be told ‘sorry the manager is ill’ and to ring next week. Constantly fobbing me off from one person to another because GSF CAR PARTS CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEY OWN MISTAKES. I’m about £50 out of pocket now for a part that was about £15.
