Not sure if this was a packaging issue or delivery company but it took 4 days for someone to get back to me as the online chat kept saying it was unavailable and no one replied to my email. I also didn’t receive next day delivery as promised and had to buy a more expensive battery from a local shop.”

“Easy enough to order & pay ÂŁ3:99 for delivery but no option for next day delivery. And their webchat is as much use as breasts on a chicken. Didn't reply back till 3 days after. Luckily my local GSF branch gave me the GSF e-commerce number and I could chase up my order. First and last time of getting a home delivery.”
