“Generally good, but not this time. The confirmation email said to collect by 26th May, I turned up on 23rd May and it had already been returned. I was not pleased.”

“Good offers but had to wait at the store for a while and didn’t process click and collect order properly which didn’t have my discount so had to do it twice. Customer services poor as spark plugs not in stock so bought from elsewhere.”

“Found the staff to be rude and abrupt (A customer in front of me had the same, and walked out). Part was faulty, was told not their fault and to come back Monday/Tuesday. It was five minutes before closing, so I suppose this is acceptable from the company.”
