“I could easily find the part I required on line and established the price. I sent an email to Havorford West store to enquire confirm stock levels before travelling. No reply! I found the local store phone number and phoned to establish the stock level. One I asked to check the price and was surprised that the price quoted was different. It appeared that if I asked to purchase in the store the item would cost more and the store could not sell at on line price! Weird. When I enquired why? Oh, that is the online click and collect price. Stock level was confirmed as only one and I was recommended to secure it. So I clicked and paid! On paying the on line order said I had seven days to collect. I then received an email conformstion from the HW store said I only had one day to collect. I sent an email asking which was correct? No reply! I collected the next day incknveniently after a slight counter wait which was very politely apologised for. The employee was searching for an item for the previous customer. No issue. My item was received with invoice. Fine. I then received a reminder to collect my item four days later? Within seven hours I received a confirmation collected. Mail Some issues need attention to improve customer perception.”

“I was assured by a member of staff that if did not fit or was the incorrect size it would be eligible for a return. Alas it was not the correct size and when attempting a return it was denied due to it being "fitted" to the vehicle. I can assure you it was only compared to the previous starter and that grease marks that had been passed onto the starter had been wiped clean.”
