“I searched online for Bosch windscreen wipers and the top result was GSF Car Parts. I was surprised to also find they were the cheapest. I ordered them online and used click&collect I got notified minutes later that they were ready. The lady I saw was very nice and efficient. As the counter was about 3 miles away I was home with the new wipers within an hour. Great service.”

“I ordered a battery on a Friday and expected it to be delivered on the following Monday as the website advised a "next day delivery - Monday to Friday". Unfortunately it was delivered at 7.30am on the Saturday with no notification being given until 6.30am on the Saturday. The battery was dropped on the doorstep with no attempt to leave it with a neighbour which was unfortunate as I was away for the weekend. I could see from my doorbell that the parcel was waiting so I had to contact a neighbour to ask them to recover it. When I unpacked the box I found totally inadequate packaging for an item containing hazardous chemicals. Fortunately the battery was not cracked.”
