“Overall good quality parts and sometimes good discount prices. However, the return process for items delivered late at your home address quite poor. Returned an unopened item to our local GSF, filled in the return form, as the staff member said we send these to main office who process returns. About an hour or so later , I get an email advising that half of what had paid was being processed to be returned. Luckily I took pictures in the GSF office of the unopened box and the filled return form, so I will be taking this up with GSF customer service, but it's cheeky to be informed of the return of only half the money without any explanation.. I hope to get some explanation of this, given the item was delivered late and I bought the same product over the counter at GSF on the day I had booked a mechanic, just needed new bolts, which our local GSF didn't have have in stock.”

“My order experience for PAG 46 oil with GSF on the 9th July was so poor if I could give less than one star I would. Looked on line for this whilst servicing a car, GSF Romford allegedly had in stock according to the website. Went to store was told they dont stock it at that branch and it would be a special order despite website saying they had in stock, but was told Thurrock had in stock. looked on website again and confirmed Thurrock had 14 in stock so ordered and received a text saying order was processing. Drove to Thurrock queued up for 30 minutes, rerceived text saying order was ready for collection, eventgually got served and the guy wanders off for another 10 minutes abnd then comes back and says they dont stock it and would need to order it. Showed him I had a text saying order was ready but he claimned that was an automated process and nothing to do with them ????? WTF is automated asnd obviuousl;y gives no confidence that their online order system and notifications is worth anything to the customer. He then told me that Romford had stock, I told him that I had been there earlier and they said they dont stcok that item, " he said the system says they have it" well the system says you have it as well. RThe guy then said he could order it from Woodford and it would be delivered overnight. So return on Friday mornign to be told that branch transfers dont happen overnight and wouldn't be delivered until. that afternoon. At this point I looked on line and Amazon could do same day delivery so got a refund. Overall experience appalling on a rating of 1 - 5 actually minus 5 would be more appropriate.”

“The part was promised Tuesday, but didn't come and I was told Wednesday. I came again Wednesday and it still wasn't there. Finally picked it up Thursday, and the box was open and damaged, and when I fitted it, the part didn't work. Bought a new part elsewhere and it fixed the issue.”
