“Parts arrived, clearly been leaking oil, unable to get hold of anyone when ringing up. Finally after a day someone messaged me back on the web chat and advised I’d need to go to branch for a refund. The entire reason I had it delivered was to save going to branch. Extremely poor customer service, there any many other motor factors out there that I’ll be trying next time.”

“My last two experiences with online ordering has been far from satisfactory, I’ve had wrong components, components missing and the last order was extremely poorly packaged. Damaged empty goods and no reply to my email. Well done you’ve lost a customer.”

“Ordered drop links and two sensors ,drop links came after a day -great ,one sensor turned up after 4 days -ok ,other one still not here a week later ,no communication what so ever ,I spoke to someone on the Friday I got told they waiting on supplier and will let t me know still not heard a thing so all in all pretty disappointing”
