“I ordered a rest wiper blade and paid for guaranteed next day delivery. It did not arrive. No notification. On phoning to ask where it was, the man on the central phoneline was rude, unhelpful, "What do you want me to do about it?". I explained it was essential, hence the paid for next day delivery. The man said DPD had "an issue". I asked for a refund, eventually he offered a refund on the delivery charge. I got care arranged for my disabled and collected from another town. I know now 1 check stock myself and only collect in person, 2 being a woman, and an older one at that, still receives rudeness/prejudice, 3 GSF should retrain their staff so they know it is indeed an issue if you drive and turn up to an MOT without a working rear wiper, 4 Check other suppliers.”
