“When placing the order, I provided all exact details of my vehicle, including model, year, and part number, to ensure the correct item would be delivered. Upon collecting the part at your Harlow store, I brought my old ignition coil and explicitly asked whether the part I was collecting was the exact same as my original one. The staff member confirmed without hesitation that it was 100% the correct part. I fully trusted this confirmation, as well as the verification from your online system. The box the part came in was a plain, open cardboard box with no labels, seals, or markings. When I showed my original part, the staff member compared it and again assured me it was the correct part. Because of this confirmation, I did not see any reason to keep the box. I had no space in my small bag to carry it, and trusted completely that I was receiving the correct part. I discarded the box and left the store. My mechanic confirmed that the bolt positions are wrong and it will not fit my car. I am deeply upset and feel cheated. This situation is entirely the fault of GSF. The staff member should never have told me with 100% certainty that this part was correct. I trusted your system and your employee, and now I am left with a useless part, wasted time, and additional inconvenience. It is completely unacceptable that I am expected to return the part in its original box when the error was yours, and the box was discarded in good faith.”

Never ever get served in under 15 mins even for click and collect as only 1 fella serving and the others behind the glass laughing about last night's football. “GSF themselves were great. I received a call when the parts arrived. I collected them and fitted them the same day. Unfortunately after 100miles of gentle bedding in the rear brakes have begun to squeak (main reason I’d changed the old ones!) All brake components were fitted by myself (a qualified mechanic with 25+yrs experience) Remarks online say Brembo brakes can begin squealing & sometimes quieten down. Holding out hope!”
