“Awful delivery times. Paid for delivery that was estimated to arrive within 2 working days, a week later I asked where my parts were and was simply told that a courier had my package and that it would be delivered within 5 working days. Where are my parts!!!! It’s almost been 2 weeks, original time was 2 days.”

“I went to GSF in Crawley recently, to pick up parts with my 8 year old daughter. The lad who served us, who was wearing a baseball cap and bike leathers, was really nice, and to top it off he handed my daughter a KitKat bar which was in the shape of an F1 car. But before he did this he diligently, and quietly asked me, without her knowledge, "is your daughter allowed chocolate". Needless to say, she was over the moon!”
