“Part did not fit”

“Wrong part sent. I then tried to get it returned, but online chat didn’t get back to me. Eventually had to drive 22mile round trip to return item to a GSF shop. They wouldn’t refund me as it had to be sent back to distribution depot first. A very poor experience all round.”

“Ordered a new battery for my car, good choice of three for a rare car. Prices very competitive with discount so Ordered the best one with 5 year guarantee. Delivered next day and fitted perfectly, in fact much better than the existing one fired 3 years ago by a local garage which was obviously too small. Will definitely use GSF in future.”
