“Battery arrived 3 days late and leaking (should have been 'next day' as ordered before 4pm). Complaints team were initially helpful after 1 day delay and refunded £10, but after delivery (late), accepted fault return but would not collect (due to leak) and insisted that I had to take it back to the local GSF shop locally which was not easy for me. I then had to pay for a new battery direct with the shop. Very disappointing.”

“Got what I needed. But saved to basket do I didn't have to look it up again . Do when in store counter staff said not in stock . This is because if you place in basket it takes it out of system in store . Which I see can cause problems as counter staff looked on system and no stock . This is the problem I've got it in my basket. Not payed . And it's taken out of system somehow this is wrong”
