“Very disappointed with the service received from the GSF Woodford branch. I ordered 3 items online and placed a collection order. On arrival at the store, I waited some time to be served. The server was very hard to understand and spoke in a low mumbling voice. I explained that I couldnt hear them very well and was having trouble understanding what they were saying, but this made no difference to their approach. Once the order was processed, another ten minutes wait ensued, then the server returned with the box for 1 of the items to then inform me that there was no item, just a box, then they informed me that the other 2 items were not in stock, but there was a more powerful and more expensive item available. I then pointed to the 2 items I had ordered, which were on the display shelves in the shop, to the server's surprise that these items were there. I asked why, when I ordered online, the more expensive and more powerful items were not displayed, and I was told I don't know. I then left and went to Euro Car Parts, ordered and collected my item with no issues at all. I have always used Euro Car parts, but thought I would give GSF a try. Thankfully, it was and will be my 1 and only try.”

“This is the worst store I have ever purchased car parts from. 3 weeks ago I bought windshield wipers for my car. Well, due to some circumstances, I can't pick them up from the store. I can't get through to this store, I can't even call them or email them. They don't respond. I can't reorder my order or have it delivered to my home.”
