“Half an order turned up. Messaged the customer service email address on the order to tell them and received an auto reply saying the mailbox wasn’t monitored. Called them and they said the rest would be 3-5 working days. A week later one more part has turned up and still waiting on the rest of it with no updates. Customer service line is on lengthy hold. In future, if it’s not in stock at a local store I won’t bother.”

“Absolutely rubbish, will not be using again. Ordered online for delivery, was sent wrong items because they were out of stock of what i ordered so instead of cancelling the order or calling me to discuss alternatives they sent out whatever they were over stocked with so called customer service and asked why they sent out and charged me for items i didn't order and was told to take back to a local store and i will be refunded for the items. I have since been back in touch and asked if my delivery fee would be reimbursed and if i didn't have access to a vehicle how would they expect someone to return a 20-25kg. No reply … should of took a chance and ordered from temu at least their customer support is half decent and they aim to look after the people keeping them in business.”
