“Bought a battery from their Smethwick outlet but very unfriendly staff. Couldn’t be bothered to lift a finger to help just placed the battery on the counter top. Even when I requested help to fix, none was given. I asked to borrow a spanner to fix it, again I was told they don’t have any in an off-handed manner. Will definitely not go there for any other parts.”

“The problem I had was with the website not the customer service. I was looking to buy some windscreen wipers for my car and my sons. I used our reg numbers to find the parts. The wipers for my cars front window where wrong and also the rear wiper for my sons car was wrong. The man at the counter said the website is always getting it wrong. My sons car is a Corsa but the website sold me a wiper for a BMW 3 series touring. Enough said.”

“No communication, I had to pay £3.99 for delivery with a 2 to 4 working day delivery. The part was ordered on Monday afternoon and I did not receive it until the following Tuesday. With poor communication from customer services when queried”
