The DMF was in a terrible state, burst out of its box going rusty battered, wasn’t impressed at all, won’t be using again.

Excellent service. I ordered a battery on a Friday evening so I wasn’t expecting it to arrive until the following Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised when the parcel was delivered less than 24 hours later! Great service!

I bought a lower control arm fitted it but the ball joint was wrong one so came back bought another arm Wrong ball joint again i live in barnsley so two trips to sheffield wasting my time and fuel I had to order from another parts company So not my best experience i have bought lots of other parts over the years and not had a problem

Bought and paid for next day special delivery before 2pm. Didn't arrive. Didn't arrive on the Saturday either after being GUARANTEED by Morgan on the chat that it would be amd it ended up costing me 2 full days work after their mess up. Arrived Monday morning. Wasters time and completely useless. Interestingly....nobody has got back to me since I sent a final message on Monday upon its arrival, nobody has offered me a refund on my P&P and no sign of any compensation for costs incurred and money lost because of their incompetence. Disgraceful.

The staff were very helpful when I had a fall on an unmarked step at one of their branches. I injured my knee quite badly and a week later is still causing me problems still numb down one side. Whilst the staff at the branch went up and beyond I have heard nothing from head office in regards to this accident even though I have emailed them. The 5 are review is for the staff at Prenton for looking after me until I was able to stand and limp away.

Easy to order online, part in-stock. Went to collect (Leicester) not so good, 2 people serving one person, additional staff looking out from glass office, queue build up, customers getting frustrated. When you see a queue, jump in and reduce the wait time...
