“Parts were fine, I paid for next day delivery and got them four days later. When I asked when they would be delivered I was told that there had been a flood so that was why they were delayed, only to find out later that they had not been dispatched. When it was delivered I was told it was put in my safe place (through my back gate), however when I got home it was on the driveway!”

“The part is good, however not made by GSF. GSF’s web site states free delivery on orders over £60, I placed 2 orders worth £150 and they charged me for delivery both times. I tried resolving it with live chat, but no one answered, I sent an email 4 days ago, it’s been acknowledged, but no one has come back to me. Customer Service at this company is none existent, personally I won’t be buying from them again”

“Order on line using Reg No for my Range Rover Sport. Did not fit - different fitment on my car? Probably should have maybe delved a little deeper but just took first option that came up. Probably best to check before ordering.”

“Overall happy with the service and products. Website is really helpful, and easy to use. My only issue was that the spark plug I ordered was put in a large box with other parts, which ended up getting bashed about and came out of the box. Rather than being put in a smaller box with other stuff that was ordered. Hasn’t put me off and will definitely be shopping here again in the future”
