Also tried opening a cash account as we run 8 vehicles several times chased it up but no response. Shocking customer service.”

I appreciate things are sometimes difficult in this current climate, but don't send emails to say item has been despatched when it clearly hasn't. I requested a refund which was actioned promptly. A review of your suppliers is required, with the emphasis on lead times and delivery schedules.”
