“I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. Two of the products I ordered were missing from the delivery. I first emailed your customer service team but received no response. I then called your helpline, where I was assured that the missing items would be delivered by the next day — however, they still have not arrived. At this point, I no longer wish to receive the missing products. Please arrange to collect the items that were delivered and issue a full refund, including the delivery charges I paid. This experience has been very frustrating, and I will not be using your services again. Please process my refund promptly.”
