My parts still haven’t arrived. I spent 3 hours attempting to contact customer service. Only to be told to wait longer. Terrible service. Terrible company.

Ordered parts online , the system was displaying them as available and in stock I paid and received confirmation, no product arrived , I received a email 4 days later stating there was an error in the system and the parts weren't available, a refund was processed which took 4 days to reach my account, and was given a 25% off code for future purchases, however couldn't use it as like normal there was already 25% off parts online anyway and only one can be used per purchase, so basically a apology code that can never been used due to permanent discounts for online users. I tried again for a different product only to be told that the product in question albeit the same part just a different manufacturer was also unavailable, I cut my losses and ordered elsewhere. Such a shame

Ordered on line a full service kit for a 2015 2.0 Golf at a discounted price. Oil and diesel filter were fine, cabin and air filter were incorrect. Reason given - that’s what sometimes happens when you order online - no apology offered. Items returned and correct filters identified but at an extra cost and original discount not applied - should have gone to Euro Car Parts in the first place.

Very bad don’t waste your time, very unhelpful if you order online they don’t want to help they will send your parts off and not deliver them 5missed delivery attempts while you wait at home missing work only to find you can get the parts on Amazon 60% cheaper. They will spam you with marketing emails this company is very stressful and can not deliver

Never even notified when I was getting the part and they cancelled without even telling me. Their live chat is absolutely useless, no one ever responds on that, its been 7 days now!!!

Didn't receive everything I ordered, ordered discs, pads and a abs sensor, and the sensor was no where to be seen. The disc box was ripped open

It arrived a day later than planned and it hadn’t been kept upright as stated on the box because the acid had leaked out of the battery. I would have returned it but I needed my car back on the road.

The only problem was on my registration on my 1966 Jaguar MK2 you couldn’t recognise my vehicle, as it is registered with the DVLA
