“Excellent customer service”

“Ordered and paid for next day delivery, nothing recieved. Used online "where is my order" form, no replies. Battery recieved 48 hours later. Dispite being the "recommened" fit for my car it's smaller then the outgoing original battery. Seems to work (so far) but not confident it's the correct one and feel unlikely to get any help from GSF if it's the wrong one.”

“although I put my registration number and 09 reg C3 picasso car details into the parts finder for a set of wiper blades for a later model that were incompatible with my car . I e mailed customer services on the 1st of august requesting instructions for returning this item for credit as of the 6th of august no reply so feedback can only be poor”

“I have a 2006 Ford ranger EO06 HLY that I use to buy parts for all the time, but now your website says you no longer have parts for it, but when I picked up the parts for my other car the man said you do have all the parts I need but that I would not get my discount on it because I don’t order them on the website plus I didn’t get my free 5l of screen wash as promised on your website page so I’m not impressed with my experience. Can you explain why I can’t order them online but I can get them in store. Regards Martin.”
