“I have a 2006 Ford ranger EO06 HLY that I use to buy parts for all the time, but now your website says you no longer have parts for it, but when I picked up the parts for my other car the man said you do have all the parts I need but that I would not get my discount on it because I don’t order them on the website plus I didn’t get my free 5l of screen wash as promised on your website page so I’m not impressed with my experience. Can you explain why I can’t order them online but I can get them in store. Regards Martin.”

“Llandudno Junction staff are overwhelmed with answering call queries and dealing with customers at the same time. Happy to make you wait up to 10 mins before being served. They are also rude and can't admit to their own faults on the website. Would rather try to make you look an idiot. Bought 1 litre of engine oil as it clearly said fully synthetic on the parts fitment, only to find out that it was semi synthetic.”
