“The parts are good quality, there was just a few issues with ordering. I selected click and collect, when I arrived the following day, the parts hadn’t been ordered. I was told to go back the following day, the next day I collected the parts, went away opened the box and found to be the incorrect parts, took them back to be told new parts had to be ordered that would take another day. Finally got the parts about 3 days after I should have. Guy behind the counter was very good to deal with, had a great customer service skill, and apologetic explained that it was system error etc, not recognising my number plate to the right part.”
