“We have lost few thousand pound because of m, not ordering online and trusting the local branch and ordering over the phone even though we have got a business account. So I have calculated last few months I have lost a few thousand pound. Really poor service by the Head Office. I have asked why I’ve been charged extra money per order, they said because we deliver to you. they overcharge me and give me free delivery which is not right.”

“I ordered over the internet, but they do have stores you can actually visit, which is always very helpful. Never used this company before, but will now use in future. Cheapest price around for the items I wanted, free next day delivery, that actually was free. And it arrived the next day in perfect condition, very well packaged, I will use this company again.
