“Hi. I ordered engine oil online. I did not supply my contact details online in order to receive the discount offered, because I don't want to receive emails with offers, etc. When I paid in person at GSF,I still had to provide my email address but did not benefit from the online discount offer, yet GSF still sent emails subsequently....”

“I ordered parts on your web site and they dulyba arrived OK. When i tried t fit them they were both incorrect. when i rang to discuss this problem i was told that the website is incorrect and it is always better to ring in to check for the correct part. Sort out your website please”

“Absolutely useless! No help what so ever! It’s took an arguement to get a refund back for parts that was tooken back! Wasn’t even dealt with the form got lost it’s all been absolute joke from start to finish will not be getting any further parts with this business if I was you I would got and get your parts elsewhere.”

“Put in a simple order for oil filter, air filter and sump plug and simply didn't receive the oil filter in the post which is especially annoying if you are having your vehicle serviced the next day. No comms via email that the item was out of stock or offer of a similar item they just didn't send it... chat was terrible and never actually replied to me and had to resort to email where I was given a refund for the oil filter.”
