“I have bought parts before and have found them to be very courteous polite and there customer service is one hundred percent they brought my parts out to my car and loaded it for me I have recommended gif to many of my friends and will continue to shop with gsf as they value your custom”

“Said my parts were ready for collection. Drove 10 miles each way to collect and found out 1 part wasn't there for collection and not in stock at that shop, ended up having to back the next day to collect the part.”

“Ordered a click and collect as they offered a free screenwash with the click and collect. When I went to collect they said there is no free screenwash and were not helpful at all. I then emailed the customer care as live chat was not available. it's been a week and I have not got a reply. I rather deal with another company and pay more if necessary for a better service.”
