“GSF themselves were great. I received a call when the parts arrived. I collected them and fitted them the same day. Unfortunately after 100miles of gentle bedding in the rear brakes have begun to squeak (main reason I’d changed the old ones!) All brake components were fitted by myself (a qualified mechanic with 25+yrs experience) Remarks online say Brembo brakes can begin squealing & sometimes quieten down. Holding out hope!”

“Battery arrived 3 days late and leaking (should have been 'next day' as ordered before 4pm). Complaints team were initially helpful after 1 day delay and refunded £10, but after delivery (late), accepted fault return but would not collect (due to leak) and insisted that I had to take it back to the local GSF shop locally which was not easy for me. I then had to pay for a new battery direct with the shop. Very disappointing.”
