“Got to the store for my click and collect order. 4 customers waiting ahead of me and only one person working one computer at the front desk. Other customer had problems causing delays, took 25 mins to get to serving me and the click and collect order wasn’t even picked. Should have an extra staff on hand for busy periods or difficult issues to can have 2 serving at once. Half an hour for a click and collect pick up is nit acceptable.”

“Would have been a 5 but, product showed as in stock at 3 local stores, and gave the option to collect at the point of adding to the basket, but then at the payment screen it only gives the option for home delivery. Which adds £3.99 on and a couple of days delivery. I didn't mind paying for delivery but this should show as out of stock for collection at the point of choosing. Luckily I was ok to wait. Delivery was prompt. I would buy again but now I know that some products only show as home delivery at the payment screen, I will bare this in mind in future.”

“I clicked and collected a order which said I can collect on the Tuesday morning when I went to collect on Tuesday it had been sent back not even held in store for 4hrs. I had to order again and collect next day two trips and two orders to get one part.”

“Part came smashed, returned back to shop. Paid for next day delivery as part was urgent with it arriving smashed then 10 days wait for this return to be processed couldn't get the part I time and wasted 6 pound on delivery that I dont think will be refunded. Part was also left with neighbour which I did not specify in the 'safe place' instructions. Whole process just a headache.”
