“I recognise that GSF is keen to lead in the car parts market. However, the number of branches is noticebly limited in Nottngham. Also, the unit prices are not on par with other competitors. More efforts are needed in this area to sustain a solid business platform. Some parts (incl. Drive-Tech brand) are ruthlessly expensive. Wash Wipe blades are unjustifiably over priced so on and so forth. Hence, I'm inclined to conclude that GSF is not interested in retaining a solid platform of loyal reliable customers. I hate to say it, but, it seems the GSF motto is : There is more fish in the sea.”

“I paid for next day delivery and it arrived 2 days late. One of the parts was found to be out of stock so was substituted. Subseqnetly the substitute item was also found to be out of stock. This compounded the late delivery, further delaying completion of the work to the wehicle.”
