I ordered the part online. The item ordered was specified for my car (number plate entered). I had previously done some research & discovered there were 2 types. On collection I checked the item & it was the wrong type. Luckily the second type was in stock so not a real problem but do your research! Other than that, good service with polite & friendly staff.

Paid for next day delivery, received email from DPD confiming delivery date, but missing the delivery time slot(which is normally included) . Received message at 19.59 that courier had attempted delivery, but nobody was home. The delivery email for the redelivery next day included a time slot! If a customer pays for next day delivery, then the booking email should include a time slot as is normal for all other deliveries. A cynic would conclude that the courier never attempted the next day delivery, hence the lack of a time slot in their email and the 19.59 message!
