“Parts lost by EVRI - no surprise! Called you customer service line and the person I spoke with couldnt have been more helpful or understanding. He commented that Evri are always loosing shipments and just dont care - I agree ....but this begs the question: if you know there are useless, why continue to use them? Anyway, I await replacement parts”

“Bought wipers from here, which I entered my reg into their checker and it told me they will fit onto my car. The driver side one did but the passenger one didn’t at all, this was very disappointing as I had my mot due the next day and needed the wipers. I wouldn’t recommend using their checker and trusting them with ‘it will fit’”

“Disappointed with Collection Experience I ordered parts from GSF and was told they were ready for collection. However, when I arrived, one of the items was still not available. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience, especially after being clearly told everything was ready. I expected better communication and accuracy. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.”

“The order was not ready on time. The stock was out of date so I did not buy all the parts. One person serving, the rest pretending to work. One positive thing, they have good prices.”
