“The battery had very little charge in it, and would not start the car. Have changed it now and it seems fine. Luckily I was at home with access to a charger.”

“Absolutely appalling service. First time I went in, who seemed to be a manager looked at us waiting and disappeared. Waited about 15 mins to pick up click and collect order. Rear wiper didn’t fit. Went back today - waited over half an hour to be served. As I arrived at the till a guy was told to take his lunch (after at least 3 of us were still waiting) I know car spares shops aren’t renowned for customer service but this place hits a new low. Will never go back..”

“Went to the local branch to check the part was ordering was the right part they confirmed it would fit my vehicle so it ordered it on line. When it arrived it was the wrong part and didn't fit.”
