“I waited 9days from the date of despatch and nothing arrived so I called the customer service number and they confirmed my package had been lost by the courier and they would send me another filter by the following day this arrived and is 100% ok”

“Ordered a part told to pick up next day , when I arrived my order was not available . Telephoned next day told my part had come in but was sold to someone else. I emailed customer service and was told that I would have to wait for new stock to come in . One week later no communication”
