“I do not like doing this, but... I spent some time identifying the branch that had the part and ordered for collection. When I arrived I was told that the part was not actually in stock in that branch! TBF, home delivery was immediately offered but I needed the part ASAP. Ended up going 50 miles out of my way to collect it from another branch which is not ideal. Can I urge GSF to improve their online stock information as I have seen other customers experience this on previous occasions so this is not a one-off error. Given the distance I need to travel for parts, it has made me not trust what the website is telling me.”

“Hateful company, rude staff, flat out rip off merchants. Bought two items on line both shown in stock. Got to collect and told only 1 is in stock they'll get the other. I go back to get the other and they try to charge me 10% more than the price when I ordered, saying "it's on you mate, price went up init" Walked out and spent the money elsewhere. This company is a bad joke”
