“I've been asked to review the product, the problem is 1 month on I still haven't received it. Little response from the Company, I'll be asking for a refund.”

“I bought another set of 5kgs orange pump set plates in the recent sale. They were in pretty bad condition but I suppose the price was good for what they were”

We take great care to inspect all our products before sending them out and we're deeply sorry this was not done with these plates. “I was hesitant buying from gym direct because of a few bad reviews but I’ve honestly had a great experience. The weights came very quickly and are great quality for the price point. A few of the weights had some scuff marks presumably from how they were stored but not actually damaged and certainly doesn’t hinder performance. The larger plates were a little greasy on arrival but nothing a wipe down didn’t fix. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.”

“I bought the rubber pup set. It's amazing... easy to change the plates. Plastic clips work well. The padded barbell is great to grip. It also arrived within a week.”

“Bought a few things from gym direct really happy with the products. Had a small hiccup with one order that almost left me an unhappy customer given that after a week I was not told my order had been cancelled even though they had taken payment and never found out it wasn’t coming untill I called them up after not receiving tracking for 7 days and had to re order and pay again before my money was refunded/cleared back into my account. I will order from them again just hope nothing like that happens again”
