“Delivery 6 weeks plus. Poor to no communications”

Dear Mick, I'm sorry to hear about the delay with your delivery of Gym Direct. We have been pushing hard to get our product out as quickly as possible and are working on improving our communications so that customers know what's happening with their orders. I am happy to report that we have now shipped all outstanding items within the last few weeks and will be making improvements in this area going forward.

“I bought weights and a barbell and I am very satisfied. Very good quality and was packaged very well. I couldn’t believe how quick it took from when I placed my order till I received it. Excellent service, quality and delivery. Would definitely recommend buying from Gym Direct.”

“Very happy with service. Staff were very friendly and patient over the phone with my enquiries. Shipping was very affordable and convenient. Also, very happy with my half rack with pulley. Now looking forward to Olympic barbell sets being available to complete my home gym.”

“Product arrived in decayed cardboard boxes that looked old and water damaged, and several items had fallen out of the boxes so are now lost. Attempted to get in touch to resolve missing parts of the order via email and phone. Gym Direct only responded once I posted this review, and replaced the missing parts.”

We will get 2 x green 2.5kg plates to be sent out today, and yes the box was ripped open during rough handling by the courier. Meanwhile, please accept a $20 gift voucher from Gym Direct as a gesture of apology for any inconvenience caused. “There was limited communication on my order. The initial email confirming my order stated that another email would be sent informing my of my delivery. I never received any further correspondence and my equipment didn't arrived for at least 8 to 10 days later? The items were as expected but were packaged with very minimal protection.”

“Made an order months ago. Gym direct was happy to take my $1000 and deliver the product months later (still waiting for it) with no updates and no option for a refund. Very poor!”

“I had ordered some resistance bands and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for them to be posted and it was only when I had sent an email through asking about the delivery that surprise surprise the item was then packaged and shipped off. I have ordered from you in the past with no problem however this time the service was definitely lacking.”
