Shipping service has let you down. At time of writing your product has not arrived and is approaching two weeks since ordered.

I made my order in May last year. Granted covid was breaking out and everything was going crazy i totally understand that. However a few things are what lead to this review. First of all i only made my order after receiving an email informing me that the item was back in stock when in fact it never was. Secondly, months and months and months creep by with zero updates or any shred of customer service initiated from Gym Directs end. I acknowledge that i was offered a refund whenever i asked for an update but there was nothing extended on their end to their customers with unfulfilled orders. Now at month 10 after I make another enquiry about my order it was SUDDENLY back in stock and had arrived that day (yeah, sure.) I was told id be given tracking numbers that day (i had to follow up the next day), it was mysteriously not showing up in the tracking (had to follow that up too, likely it was not sent when i was told it was). Understand i was happy to be finally getting my item sent, however trying to sweet talk me with b***s*** was more of an aggravation than improvement- i am however thankful to Chris G for actually getting me my item. I suppose when i received my order having to bash out one of the brackets which was bent was just the final saw. I have bought id guess 70% of my gym equipment through gym direct (long before covid was a thing) and was always happy however how you have managed your supplies, stock and especially your customer base since the pandemic has left a lot to be desired and as it stands i will no longer be a customer of yours.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service I initially received when I was placing orders. Unfortunately it went down hill after that and my emails/phone calls didn't get returned and I had to constantly chase up updates.
