Amazing team. Need to sort a click and collect like the rest of the other people. Many local people in Sydney wanting kit and can pick up but yet they say it’s a 2 week wait! Makes no sense to me nearly stopped me spending my money with them. Do a click and collect service

Thanks for the feedback Jack! I'll be sure to pass this on. We're always looking at new ways to improve our service and are seriously looking at the possibility of reopening Click & Collect after lockdown. It's been logistically too hard for us to ensure we maintain optimum safety standards while still allowing customers to come onto the premises. We will be sure to let you know once Click & Collect reopens and hope you'll give us another chance when that becomes available :)

Slight delay in shipping but still arrived within 2 weeks. Very happy with the equipment and the delivery - they carried it up 3 flights of stairs!

Pretty impressed. Arrived reasonably quickly. An early heads up it would be delivered in separate pieces would be nice next time. Otherwise it was great, gear is good quality and been used everyday since it arrived.

Product was different to the picture, and I only could see the cost of postage after “selecting” the only postage option which confirmed payment.

Hi there, we are unsure of what exactly went wrong in this instance and how we can be of assistance. We do not have an order number, name or contact details therefore have our hands tied at this point. The shipping calculator is present on every product page and does not require you to make a purchase before determining shipping cost. If you provide more details or give us a call we can clear this up quickly for you. Thanks.

Equipment and products are fine, they shipped separately which is whatever but they also forgot stuff & when I emailed some contact was made but I've got no idea what is to come ? my extra weight and clips may come.. I don't no but I will be following up. I've got stuff from GD before and it was fine which I will change my review once its cleared up.

Usually good. First order took 3 months which we were understanding of as all of Sydney had ordered things for the first covid lockdown. The next 2 orders were great. This order had the wrong weights delivered and then the courier for pick up to swap over just turned up with no notice from Gym Direct right on dinner time with a toddler. The correct weights have apparently shipped a few days ago but still haven't arrived.

As outlined, we are experiencing delays at the moment from dispatch and delivery and this includes some orders requiring split shipments as per new regulations. Hi James, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you were unhappy with the dispatch timeframe however this was clearly outlined on our website, and your products were dispatched within the written timeframe of 7-12 business days. We promise we are trying as hard as we can to ensure we meet the demands however unfortunately due to Covid-19 restrictions there isn't much we can do about that delay at this point in time. Regarding the weight plates, we can assure you it has nothing to do with products being left in the sun. The grease you noticed is a protective coating placed on all weight plates to ensure they don't erode or become damaged in the shipping process. It is a very standard practice in the fitness equipment industry. If there is anything we can do to assist you further with this please let us know! Gym Direct

Equipment did not come with instructions. Had a quality issue and still no response from warranty team. Ok product, would buy from a different supplier next time due to lack of customer service.
