“I bought the set of 7 heavy barbells plus a rack and did it online. When I got to the delivery piece it quoted some ludicrously high $ amount to deliver, as the order was very heavy and needed a small crane on the truck to manage it. I think it was quoting around $300 for delivery , so I didn't pursue completing the order. The next day I got an e-mail from a sales coordinator called Chris G who wanted to know why I hadn't completed the order, so I asked if there were cheaper delivery options , to which he replied yes, an $80 flat fee, but you have to unload yourself. No problem , plus he gave me 10% discount on the order. So I was very impressed. The product is also really good. Well done Chris, I will be a regular customer from now on.”

“Products were as described and arrived within 4 days for a NSW to NSW delivery. Prices were unbeatable when compared to other online stores and delivery prices were ver reasonable. I would recommend to others.”

“Really good to deal with the only issue has been the delays in getting some stock in store on account of Covid etc and not sure if your notify me when stock back in store option actually works”

“I have placed 2 orders with gym direct. Both times I have received great product information prompt delivery and great products. I would recommend Gym Direct for your gym equipment requirements. I had 1 minor issue with 1 item and it was delt with in a timely manor. So after sales support is good also. Regards Graeme”

“sSuper fast service and delivery - love the coloured weights - had damaged stock delivered (probably the couriers fault), however they immediately sent out a replacement. Will definitely use them again. Very happy with my order and service.”
