ORDERING AND ARRANGING DELIVERY TO A THIRD PERSON WAS EASY AND WORKED PERFECT,. THE TOWER (WHICH I HAVE NOT YET SEEN) I UNDERSTAND TO BE PRESENTED VERY WELL, MY WIFE HAS NOT YET OPEN TO GET AT THE CHOCOLATES, IS WAITING FOR ME TO RETURN SO I CAN SEE THE FULL ITEM BEFORE IT IS OPENED AND DESTROYED.

Purchased a Deluxe Golden Tower (Ref: 345) as an anniversary gift and have been delighted with the gift, the packaging and the speed of delivery. The Tower looks fantastic and the recipients will be over the moon with the gift. First class product and service. Will definitely purchase from this company again

I find the service and quality of HamperGifts to be excellent & reliable. But I found the ordering process to be unnecessarily difficult: in attempting to order multiple gifts I find it incredibly frustrating to enter all addresses first and then assign them to packages on a system which deletes that information if you need to go back and double-check/correct errors. The same process was repeated with writing gift messages for gift cards - there really needs to be a better system for correcting individual orders without having to input all information again. I found this frustrating, not user-friendly and enormously time-consuming and acts as a massive disincentive for using the service again for large orders

Delivery service was good, but the website v frustrating as you did not have a Customer Service phone contact. I wanted to send the two items as one package and needed to speak to someone. I would have spent more if I could have spoken to someone and arranged this.

I bought two hampers which arrived quickly and in the condition I would expect. One small thing, I ordered a baby gift set which was clothes and it came in a box which could have fit 5 of them in. The amount of packaging seemed a little excessive.

Ordered the "Flower Bouquet" for my cousin on the birth of her baby girl. Delivered within 3 days. The gift was absolutely loved and is taking pride of place in their living room.

I have ordered from hampergifts.co.uk several times in the past, and i couldn't have faulted anything from previous purchases. However, the last time i placed an order (on 19 Oct), it didn't track on Quidco (the cash back website). I originally became aware of hampergifts.co.uk as a company, from Quidco - which is one of the reasons i keep using that company (as compared to various other hamper companies out there). Anyway, i had to manually raise a claim on Quidco's website (due to purchase on 19 Oct not tracking) - which is time consuming & annoying to have to do. I would assume the failure for the purchase to track on Quidco this time, is due to an IT problem on hampergifts.co.uk's website - as Quidco has been fine with all the other purchases i've made. Finally, the hamper was meant to be a surprise for the recipient. Parcel Force tried to deliver, and as no-one was in, it was deposited at their local post office. When the recepient collected their parcel several days later from the post office, (after i had to ruin the surprise and told them there was a parcel waiting from me!), the product may have tasted a bit staler. So, during the packaging process, i wonder if hampergifts.co.uk could stick a sticker on the outside of the box saying "Perishable"? And for Parcel Force to also write "Perishable" on the card they leave behind if no-one's in - so people collect their surprise hampers from the Post office quickly - to get the most out of the product inside. I have another hamper i'd like to order, but i will wait to see if the IT problem with hampergifts.co.uk tracking on Quidco gets resolved or not. If not, i may have to regretfully leave them for one of the other hamper companies listed on Quidco, due to ease of tracking the purchase automatically...

My dog had just had a big operation I sent this to the vets to say Thanks. They were extremely happy with the contents. I have sent one of these Hamper Towers before so knew they were good value. I will certainly be using Hampergifts again. Cannot fault service.
