“I have ordered from Hamper gifts several times and have always been extremely pleased with their professionalism. Even better, everyone has been really pleased with their hampers. This Easter I have ordered several Easter gifts and would like to comment on two things in particular. When I couldn't manage to order the same items three times as they were going to three different addresses Alex in Sales talked me through it. He went on to the same screen as I was on and explained each step without being patronising or in any way talking down to me. It was simple after that. The gifts were received on the day I specified. I liked the fact that I could track what was happening through the Parcel Force website so that I knew everything was being done as requested. I would not hesitate to recommend you to other people - and if fact, have done so several times.”

“Dear Hampers I have used your hampers twice now....for two of my sons....Magnus up in Orkney and Andrew, who is vegetarian and they sent glowing reports....my daughter will be next in July...unfortunately.. youngest son will miss out!!!! as he lives in Dubai....but he may be back in June for a break ...so I think his luck will be in!! I may just send myself one as I have a birthday next month .. and then I can give you more feedback.......I would ditch the very poor star on the left and add an excellent star to the right ..... Thank you Dorothy Ward..”

“The basket itself was good quality, however the hamper was overstuffed, far to much padding, and this meant that items at the top were slightly crushed by being pressed against the plates. The quality of food was adequate, We decided to return the hamper and source an alternative provider.”

Dear Paul Thank you very much your feedback. We are so sorry to hear the hamper was overpacked. We have forwarded this on to our packing department to ensure more care is taken to check fragile items, like biscuits, aren't pressed against the plates. In future if you let us know the reason for the return we could of course come to an alternative arrangement, such as replacing any products which don't arrive in perfect condition!
