“I ordered a nice big basket and extra bottle of wine. The basket contained food items. I checked with the recipient who said they never received anything and was home all day. I checked the confirmation email only to find the delivery person thought food items were okay to be delivered in the trash can cubby. I am very grateful that I asked to have it delivered the day prior to trash pick up because it would’ve been thrown away. Not sure how or why they thought this was okay especially since food was in the package.”

“Hamper arrived intact, and well wrapped and preserved. Small issues with delivery, however this was due to DPD and not HAmpergifts themselves! The issue was resolved after about 30 minutes of contacting DPD to no avail, when they came back and tried again. Would recommend Hampergifts again, but my advice to them would be to change their delivery carrier”
