“Little problem with delivery but after note to customer support Alex immediately dealt with the matter and resolved with courier. Think delivery charges bit high And also courier company asking for additional fee to deliver VIP wrong after Paying for service to be on time!,”

“extremely disappointed , ordered a sweet & savoury gift tower & they sent soap ! I felt embarrassed when the person called to say it was soap ! and there was no way they could use that , i have tried to call the customer service number and left a message & no one has called me back , will not be using this company again !!!”

“Purchased cake and cookies Tower at £39.99 for my mums 80th. Very disappointed to find sweets in the boxes specially basic éclairs you could buy in any shop. Would not have bought if I knew this as mum cannot eat hard sweets. Should be called sweets,cake and cookies hamper.”

“I live in Perth Western Australia, so my mother was surprised and delighted to receive a present for Australian Mother's Day on 14/05/2023. It was delivered on the 13th, as I requested. She telephoned and enthused how beautifully her bathroom gift was presented and how she would display the items in her bathroom, even when empty, as they are so pretty. Thank you.”
