“A wonderful company that gives a 5 star service, rarely seen these days. I sent a lovely hamper to my dad to celebrate his anniversary recently. Unfortunately the hamper was badly damaged in transit, with broken jars and quite a bad mess ensued. The customer service was second to none when I reported this. They sent me a partial refund and sent some lovely apology items to my father, despite the fact we hadn't been able to send any photos as evidence. A wonderful company, with excellent products and customer service second to none. Thank you! Jenny Bufton”

“Ordered the Cheese and Pate Choice selection, order was delivered fast, but unfortnately too much substituion was done and the gift reciever doesn't like a lot of the substitued items. If Hampergifts discovers after an order has been made something is missing to complete an order, in my opinion, they should contact the customer to determine what steps should be taken to rectify the problem. They shouldn't substitute without taking to the customer first. The items recieved that do match the description on the website do look good and matched with a quick delivery are the reasons I've gone with 2 stars. Edit: Contacted Hampergifts and they corrected the issues, sent the missing items within 24 hours. As such I think that merits 4 stars. Thanks Hampergifts.”

“I ordered the Deluxe Golden Hamper -it is rightly named as it is soo beautiful. I had a bit of a problem with the delivery company but Hampergifts customer service went above and beyond to resolve the problem. In fact they went out of their way to solve it. This Company and it's Customer Service deserve 6* if that was possible. Hampergifts is definitely on my shopping list this Christmas.”
