“Thank you so much for the prompt attention to my order! This is my second time to order, and I, as well as my friends, have been very happy with the gift. I love the selection and quality of the items. According to my friends, everything arrives so nice, and all delicious! They were so pleased to see that they could keep and reuse the hamper. “Placing the order was OK although I would have liked a fuller description of the contents of each hamper (and less sales pitch!). I was unable to track the Parcelforce process of the first delivery and as a result it arrived while I was out”

“The ordering, confirmation of delivery and accuracy of timing of delivery were first rate. The product is well packaged but will not be opened until early December (it will go as a raffle prize in aid of a local charity). I will certainly order again in future.”

“My parcels were not delivered and I blamed Hampergifts. I apologise for that and within an hour of getting the an email from Alex at Hampgifts I had contacted the local postmaster, who confirmed they had the parcels there. Both have now been delivered and recipients are delighted. Many thanks for your help.”

Dear Maggie, Thank you for your feedback. We have checked this for you now. The parcels had an attempted delivery last week however both recipients were not home at the time. The parcels were therefore taken to the local post office to await collection at a convenient time. Someone from our customer care department will contact you shortly via email , to provide full tracking details and see if you require any further assistance. “The order comes very quickly which is always good. However you have to pay postage on each item you buy, and they come separate. They should find a way of putting each items together. But on the whole very good service. Easy to order.”
