“HI Hampergifts, I am in Australia and have sent your gifts for the last two years to the UK. The hampers are much appreciated and your site is easy to use and friendly. With my last order to Mr Bray in Bath, I never received notification that it had arrived which, as I was in HK led to a flurry of emails backwards and forwards. You usually do notify when delivered. An earlier order to Ms Skilton in Highcliffe gave rise to some problems which I doubt anyone can fix. The recipient was away from home on delivery day and as it was a surprise she didn't know about it. I received a number of emails (in Australia) from Hampergifts asking for help to enable delivery (in UK) which I couldn't do.Eventually I actually forwarded the emails to Ms Skilton and luckily her son noticed them and she was able to ring a neighbour etc and it was all fixed. My fault I suppose, but is it possible to include space for the phone number of the recipient on the order form? Altho' p'raps there are privacy considerations. Anyway, it just got a bit awkward. But throughout, your company is generally efficient and friendly and I like using your services. Cheers Val Prickett”

“Very impressed with service, except for final poor communication. I never said that I wanted the hamper left by the back porch as you stated. Person was home when delivery was left outside in the dustbin. Good job, dustbin men were not active that day. You obviously have the potential to do very well, but it's the delivery that counts.”

“Hamper was a gift for a group of care staff at a nursing home who had been caring for my mother. Gift was beautifully presented and delivered as required. Contents were gratefully received but whilst the nature and the weights are all fully described they are always smaller than anticipated. Would use this company again.”

“I ordered the wine and cheese hamper for my dads 70th birthday. The hamper came extremely well packaged. It certainly has some yummy looking items in it ! The hamper itself looks superb,very well put together. The customer service was excellent. I absolutely love the hamper. I also think it's very good value for money. I would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed !”

“The hampers were a gift to my local hospital after a short post-op stay, so I did not actually see them myself. Nonetheless, I received a letter of thanks from the Ward Sister saying they were 'yummy' and being enjoyed by the staff.”
