“Hamper was a gift for a group of care staff at a nursing home who had been caring for my mother. Gift was beautifully presented and delivered as required. Contents were gratefully received but whilst the nature and the weights are all fully described they are always smaller than anticipated. Would use this company again.”

“I ordered the wine and cheese hamper for my dads 70th birthday. The hamper came extremely well packaged. It certainly has some yummy looking items in it ! The hamper itself looks superb,very well put together. The customer service was excellent. I absolutely love the hamper. I also think it's very good value for money. I would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed !”

“The hampers were a gift to my local hospital after a short post-op stay, so I did not actually see them myself. Nonetheless, I received a letter of thanks from the Ward Sister saying they were 'yummy' and being enjoyed by the staff.”

“I never saw the hamper as it was a present, however the hamper was delivered on time and by a very polite lovely lady (in the words of my dad who received the hamper). My dad also said the hamper looked amazing and he was looking forward to tucking in to the cakes and muffins. Wish I had seen it but as my dad said my inheritance was guaranteed, then I have to think the hamper was a pretty good gift. Good communication from the sellers and an easy transaction on line. Would definitely use again. Thank you.”

“I live in Australia and wanted to send a present at only a few days notice to a relative in the UK. I found what I was looking for very easily on your website and the gift arrived exactly on time as promised. I received emails to update me as to the status of the order and delivery which was very reassuring. The hamper itself was very well received and various members of my family commented to me on the quality of the goods inside the hamper. Overall this was a really successful gift and online shopping experience.”

“As this was sent to an elderly relative in the UK I have no feedback on the contents although we sent the same last year and she loved. Specially opening all the boxes. Very impressed with delivery day before a mail was sent asking if any changes and I asked for it be left with neighbours if the door was not answered. This was done thankfully. We've used you three times in the last year and no complaints.”

“The delivery agency only tell you the time slot in which they are going to deliver a few hours before, which means you have to plan for someone to be at home all day. that's not practical. Furthermore, the boxes are nothing like what they look in the picture, they are very small and overall the content wasn't of a good taste.”

Dear Daniel Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, it is very much appreciated. Our customers usually find the 1 hour window very helpful. However in the tracking email you also have the option to change your delivery date, leave the parcel with a specified neighbour or leave it at a local shop for pickup. These are all useful options if you know you won't be home at the time of delivery. We do hope this information helps. We are sorry to hear you were not 100% satisfied with the hamper boxes. All tower sizes are displayed on our the product page however we will make sure this information is more clearly visible in future. “I have used Hampergifts on two separate occasions to send birthday gifts to family and on both occasions they were delivered on time and were exactly as advertised. When you are overseas and cannot be with loved ones on special occasions, we rely on people like Hampergifts to deliver on our behalf and you have never let me down. Would highly recommend for that special gift on that special occasion.”

“hi The only thing I can say with this, it was a breakfast hamper, but delivered at 3.00pm in the afternoon. Difficult to organise couriers I know, but did seem to miss the lovely idea”
