Every tower hamper I have ordered has been beautiful. The recipients have always been delighted at how the looked and the contents. I will not order hampers from anywhere else now.

scheduled delivery failed because DPD driver did not realise he had to deliver package to guest (reception) at hotel. correct address was given. he was at closed service door with no one to receive package. despite speaking to DPD they did not rectify delivery. DPD claimed there was no recipient name on package, when I asked Hampergifts about it, they say the name was on the package, so i can only assume someone is lying. redelivery only happened on Monday but to what seems again only the service entrance instead of hotel reception as package was not handed to reception from service delivery entrance until Tuesday mid morning after guest had already checked out of the hotel. this was a 100% fail from all participating parties!

Professional service. Trustworthy. Easy to order, even from Canada. Our family member loved it and sent us a photo. She was pleased and so were we. We've now used them about 3 times and will be our go to! Definitely recommend.

Incredibly disappointed. I ordered a hamper for my fiancé's birthday with 5 days in advance. The hamper did not arrive today which was the birthday date. What is the point in ordering a birthday hamper if they will not recieve it on their birthday? I am sadly away from the country and trusted this company on delivering a gift for me and they let me down. Would not recommend to anyone as they are unreliable to deliver on time.

Dear Ana We are very sorry to hear of this delay. We have tracked your parcel and it is still being held at the DPD depot - which is unusual and could indicate a problem with either the parcel or the delivery address. We will contact the depot as soon as they open at 9am in order to get to the bottom what has gone wrong with this delivery. The hamper was recieved a day after the delivery date, not great when it's been ordered to arrive on a birthday. Hamper was lovely once received.

We have checked and there was indeed a one day delay, where your parcel appears to have been stuck at the DPD Hub for some reason. We will follow up and investigate with DPD immediately as to why this happened. We did dispatch in plenty of time so it is of course very frustrating when the carrier lets us down for whatever reason. We'd love another opportunity to get this right. I ordered the Hamper whilst here in Australia, i made an error with the delivery details and they persevered, even attempting to deliver the Hamper on three separate occasions, each time staying in touch and asking for more info. Much appreciated, highly recommended!

Have sent a few of these baskets as gifts and recipients are always delighted with the contents and presentation. They have always been delivered on the designated date and I have been notified that delivery has been made.
