“Very disappointed at the amount of surplus (approx 10 sq. metres) carpet despite careful on-site measuring, and your unwillingness to buy it back or help us dispose of it. We purchased a top quality product and this amount of "waste" is unacceptable.”

“Was pretty painless except for possible asbestos which caused a delay and a lot of work but the end result for both carpet and linoleum was absolutely great!”
