“all went well, will be back for your services again”

“Good communication with Harrison's but communication with sub-contractors was not so good, consequently, floor prep team took 2 days to prep floor, when only one day was allowed for, therefore floors were not ready when installers arrived.”

“Great selection of carpet choices. It could've been overwhelming but Rob (North Shore) listened to what we needed and helped to narrow our options. Our renovation was delayed due to lockdown and the team were very patient with booking a new install date. When the time came, the installation was efficient and we're very happy with the final result.”

“For a large organisation, the franchise-holder has to be good as a representative. Russell and Shirley Gowans are good, focussed on the job requirements and preferences, while attending to details so that no misunderstandings occurred as to who will do what. Their sub-contractors were also efficient, but seemed pressed for time. They tolerated what they had to with the clients (us) being in the house at the same time, shifting stuff - which may well have been annoying, but necessary in our small house. The other BIG aspect was that all this was done betwixt and between Covid lockdowns, which caused more than one "rescheduling" and happily this worked out to the advantage of both parties. In all, the prevailing attitude was one of goodwill and firm resolve to get the job done, overcoming any and all obstacles. We're happy with it!”
